How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Regular orders such as business cards, postcards, flyers, etc... take 3-5 business days. Large print format orders can take 5-7 business days.

Does you company offer Rush orders and same day orders?

Yes. Rush orders can be completed within the next business day and your order details/request has to be finalized and ready for print by 9am the next business day. 

For example: If you need an order completed by Friday evening, we have to be ready to begin work on the Rush order with all details finalized by Thursday morning at 9am.

Same day orders normally consist of the smaller print, smaller quantity orders.

There is an additional fee for both Rush and Same Day orders.



How much is the cost to Rush or do a Same Day order?

It depends on the amount of the same order without Rush/Same Day. Prices vary and we will calculate it upon request.

What type of files do I send to you for designs?

You may send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, psd, and ai.

Do you give refunds?

Yes. We will refund under special circumstances. For example, if we have completely and incorrectly done your order. 

Is my deposit refundable?

No. Your deposit pays for design work and the supplies to begin the order.

Do I see a proof of my requested job before it is printed?

Yes. We will send you a proof of design before it is sent to print.

Can I make as many changes as I want to the design before printed?

No. You can make two additional changes to the design after the original proof has been sent.

Do you have an office where I can come to place my order?

No. We are mobile and take orders by phone, web, email, and in person. We setup a meeting to speak with you in person or take details electronically for your order.
